Step 2. Site Audit

• The analysis of the energy data tells us conceptually what the opportunity may be for reduction.  The site audit tells us what we need to know about the facility and process and if certain levels of reduction are feasible. 
  
  
• We work closely with site personnel to identify candidate loads for savings measures,
• We evaluate the installation & communication issues associated with controlling & monitoring the loads
• We identify costs and technical needs of installing the Powerit Solutions systems
• We check out details for connection to the utility meter 
• We interview plant operations personnel in order to document the productivity-protection rules and constraints the system will use to prioritize load actions
  
  
• The site audit give us all the information we need to develop a savings estimate and project scope/cost.
