Claes Olsson

President/CEO
Powerit Holdings, Inc.


 

Claes Olsson is a seasoned manager with years of executive experience in public, private, and start-up companies.  Before becoming Powerit Solutions’ (“Powerit”) chief executive officer, Olsson served as CEO to the company’s European predecessor, the engineering firm of Powerit PS AB, where he led a major turn-around and transfer of control ultimately refocusing on the U.S. operation. Prior to that time, Olsson was CEO of U.S. operations for Frigoscandia (now FMC Food Tech), a global leader in freezing equipment, cold storage, and refrigerated transportation, and held positions as controller, CFO, and VP sales and marketing at the company.  Olsson also was founder and CEO of two separate equipment finance companies.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a MBA from Sweden’s Lund University and attended Harvard Business School’s advanced management program.

Bob Zak
President, Powerit Solutions LLC
General Manager, Powerit Holdings

As Powerit’s president and general manager, Bob Zak is the key architect of the company’s business strategy. Zak brings over a decade of experience and knowledge of the company’s customers’ core industries to the position. Prior to joining Powerit, Zak spent 12 years at a large regional factory automation firm culminating as VP sales and marketing, responsible for building sales channels into industrial, utility and commercial markets.  Before that, Zak was a software specialist focused on the industrial systems integrator market.  Zak holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial distribution from Central Washington University and attended the University of Alabama’s School of Business special studies industrial distribution program.

Per Wannberg

President, Diana Solutions AB

General Manager, Powerit Holdings Europe

 
Wannberg has joined the company as president and general manager of the company’s European operations. Prior to joining Powerit, Wannberg was managing director and chairman of the board for Stowe Woodward Sweden AB, an American-owned company that produces and sells roll covers for a variety of industries, and was a member of the company’s European Management Group. Before joining Stowe Woodward, he was president and CEO of an IT company, Qbranch Malmö AB, a manager with telecom Telia Nära, President, Chief Executive Officer of Telia’s 100% owned company in Lithuania, Lietelija UAB and product/market developer with Cementa AB, Europe. He began his career at Saab-Scania AB. Wannberg has a master’s degree in Engineering, and Diploma in Marketing Management from The Executive Foundation Lund, Sweden.

Todd Greenwalt

VP of Engineering, Powerit Holdings, Inc.

Greenwalt is part of the strategic management team at Powerit Holdings, operating out of their international headquarters in Seattle, WA. Greenwalt has 22 years of product development & engineering experience from Applied MicroSystems, Motorola and makes the move to Powerit from WatchGuard where he served as Director of Engineering.

Leon Suh
VP of Finance
Powerit Holdings, Inc.

 

Suh is part of the strategic management team at Powerit Holdings, operating out of their international headquarters in Seattle, WA. Suh has 15 years of financial and operational management experience in the technology sector working for DataChannel, Inc., AT&T Wireless and most recently at The Cobalt Group, Inc. where he served as their Director of Finance and Corporate Controller.  Suh began his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young LLP in their Assurance and Advisory business services division out of Seattle where he worked for more than four years.  He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and an MBA from Seattle University.
